My friend and I, are regular customers here at Moor Farm, McDonalds. At least once a week we visit. Never had any problems with the food, staff or customer service, but tonight my friend bought something at the drive thru, then parked up in the car park and ate his meal. Afterwards he went inside and asked to use the toilet, as he had used the toilet many times previously, while not allowed to eat indoors because of lockdown. Tonight he was in desperate need of the toilet, and an older member of staff (name unknown, but a woman with glasses) refused to let him use the toilet. Said he had to be a customer.. bearing in mind, he had just purchased at the drive thru. So he had to use the garage opposite, luckily enough they let him use it. That’s not right, denying a natural bodily function, and the staff should focus their attention more, on the people in cars, who just matter of fact, drop all their dirty litter and half eaten burgers, from their car windows... If you need the toilet, don’t expect to get ease at McDonalds...
Read moreI fancied a burger and 20 seconds later McD appeared in front of me. Perfect. Obviously not, with a 1 star rating. The cafe was cold. It was wet outside and I hoped for some warmth, but was met with cold air conditioning. It might be good for the staff in the kitchen and those wandering around but sitting down in the cold is not good. I had a big burger with bacon and chips. The chips were fine but they could have been a little warmer. The burger was cool and tasted like every burger you've ever had at McD. The streaky bacon appeared to have been warmed over a candle for 5 seconds and was totally tastless. Why do I do it to myself? I should have held out for a BK. If it was possible to read the receipt I'd tell you...
Read moreShambles of a place, pull into empty drive through today in the left hand lane (Lane 1) and a voice says they would just be a moment from the order point. In the mean time three other cars pull in and order in the right hand lane (Lane 2) and pull round to pay whilst we’re still waiting to order!!!
I asked why I had been made to wait that long that 3 other vehicles had been served in the 2nd lane and all I got was ………. That’s just the way it goes sorry ……..
What so you don’t serve people in the queuing system that your drive through needs to function properly??
No I’m told, that’s just the way it is ………..
Oh and the order was wrong as we wanted a 1/4 meal and we got a Big Mack ………
