A Hidden Gem for Authentic Pakistani Cuisine – A Must-Visit! Coming from East London, where we're truly spoilt for choice with incredible South Asian food, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away — but Naz Pakistani Restaurant proved me wrong in the best way possible.
From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the aroma of freshly cooked spices transported me straight to a traditional Pakistani home kitchen. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish tasted like it had been lovingly prepared by someone’s ammi (mum) — rich, flavorful, and deeply comforting. The lamb chops were a standout — tender, perfectly spiced, and served sizzling hot. The chicken biryani had just the right balance of flavours, and the naan was soft, fluffy, and made fresh to order. Naz isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a reminder of what real, home-style Pakistani food should taste like. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a delightful find that deserves all the praise. It's now my go to when I'm not...
Read moreFood is very nice and consistent. The kebabs and home made veg samosa are the standouts, along with the fresh chapati / naan bread. Visited lots of times, however the environment is a little questionable because of the dining area. For some reason the staff / management want you to sit on the left side where the counter is to eat and it's a little cramped Where as the right side is much more spacious and the ambience is better. But if you order something from their gelato bar then you can sit on the right side, which I find bizarre. In my opinion, they should solely focus on the restaurant and allow paying public to sit where they feel comfortable.Get rid of the gelato bar and make more space for extra covers. They can put the bar on the left side or behind the counter, giving customers the option should they desire an ice cream. I have fed this back to management, but I think they're running 2 different businesses from the one location hence the split in the...
Read moreDecent Pakistani food, pleasant service Walk in early lunch - place was rather empty to begin with on a Sunday. But it appeared to be rather popular Portion size is more than adequate. We took home a big ‘doggie bag’ as we ate just a fraction. Ordered chicken sheek kebab, tikkas and wings- all delicious. The chicken shawarma was a big portion with the option of fries. Chicken biryani was uninspiring- more a pullao but tasted fine. Meal came with a plate of salad and chutneys. Also took home a lamb curry which was fine- lamb could have been cooked more as it seemed a little chewy to me but it wasn’t a problem to the others. There is also a traditional sweet shop within the restaurant which we...
