We placed an order for two large pizzas. We called after nearly an hour to see where our food was, only to be greeted by an extremely rude individual who did not know our order number and was frantically re-confirming our order. Despite this, they claimed the driver had already arrived. Still no sign 40 minutes later. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver just two pizzas.
Worse, the chicken was barely cooked, and they had messed up our order by putting no sauce on the pizza.They were so clueless on the phone that they might as well call it dry cheese bread rather than pizza. They also said they would give us thin crust instead of thick, and on the phone said there was no difference, so what was the point of giving us the option?!
When we called after the delivery to discuss the poor food quality, instead of listening, the person on the phone started an entire debate and refused to take any responsibility. Why bother if you can't meet the needs of your customers and sell decent food?
We have encountered every aspect of the similar complaints made via Google reviews. When you consider how they make their money, the arrogant tone used in phone calls is quite pitiful.

Yes when you call up they are very to the point and firm but this is the service you pay for when going for low budget food. Often whoever is answering happens to be a manager on shift, shop owner or kitchen chef. They do not have time for extensive Customer Relationship Management.
In regards to that, they are very good with special requests. I am a bit of a pain when it comes to special requests as I always request a specific batch of Dr pepper and I sometimes as them to call instead of ring the doorbell. I even one time gave them a handful of pennies and 2p's to pay for a £10 delivery.
