Your pizza delivery driver is causing misery and stress to your pizza hut lewes road neighbours. For months the people of Hartington Road, Melbourne Street and Lewes Road have asked him to stop speeding and pulling handbrake turns to drift around the corners - he thinks it's hilarious. There are people crossing the rd and he thinks it's funny to speed towards them like a game. The residents have had enough, the driver is reckless and is going to seriously hurt someone. Police and the council have been informed, we have all been advised to collect video evidence of his activities as a group and send it on to them. We now have lots of footage. 3 months ago he was driving a green mazda and now he is driving a silver BMW, blond hair (possibly dyed) Please pizza hut head office and lewes road General manager, take note this employee is causing great distress to the neighbourhood please can you assist us in resolving this matter before...

Ordered a bundle of 3 pizzas and 2 starters. Food was hot, here fast and made to a standard I'd expect from Pizza Hut. One issue, they forgot a side (wedges). I wasn't going to complain about it cause it felt like a minor thing. While we're eating the door bell rings, they had noticed the mistake on their side and decided to bring the wedges (and it's not that we're next door or something)! I don't think I can remember a delivery service ever bothering to fix a mistake without asking. So great food and exceptional service!

Update: have been ordering there a few times since and I have come to believe that some of the reviews here must be fake. Our food has always been fine, no issue with delivery times and they are also easy to reach over the phone. On our last order they had made one pizza with the wrong base, noticed it in time and simply remade it and gave the spare one for free! Good luck finding that level of...

Really disappointed - ordered two large pizzas, both stuffed crust which was + £3 each pizza, two sides, two desserts, and a drink for £45. We ended up with one pizza (with no £3 stuffed crust), cold and lacklustre sides, and burnt desserts.

Dont get me wrong, I don’t expect gourmet food from a Pizza Hut, but for the money im paying I expect all of my food to turn up and be atleast lukewarm. Tried seeing what we could do with our deliveroo driver, but he couldn’t help with anything.

We tried ringing the shop, but no one picked up and I think that was probably on purpose. To top it all off, from atleast £20 that should have been given back to us by Deliveroo, we were given £7. I don’t think that can even buy you a side or two from Pizza Hut.
