Pros and Cons
Pros:
The food is always hot when it arrives.
They are not shy with sauce proportions.
The food tastes fresh.
The food tastes really nice from what I have tried.
Cons:
It really dries your mouth out, at least recently.
The delivery times take ages where it would be quicker to drive down there and pick it yourself. 40-80min.
How you receive your product varies, for example I ordered pizza fries and it is mandatory for sauce, sometimes it comes in a tub sometimes it's on the Fries.
Conclusion if you want really tasty food, a dry mouth without a guarantee of where the sauce will be placed, where you will most likely be waiting 1h+ for food.
Message to Pop in pizza.
The dry mouth part is horrendous to the point where you are losing customers, which is unfortunate since it used to be fine, in my house if I say let's go there they all say no because of the dry mouth factor. (If you have a crate of water you should be fine)
However if you don't mind the dry mouth, the must have to try are:
Meatfeast calzone/pizza.
BBQ Pizza fries.
Garlic sauce.
Fries.
However the bbq pizza fries taste immaculate the first time where it outshines everything else what i have tried, which is unfortunate because what's weird is whenever I try it again even when I was starving before hand it's like once I see it I'm full and just don't want to eat it.
Advice to potential customers, have plenty of water/liquids.
Advice to Pop in pizza please reduce the salt in it or whatever is drying it out and hire extra delivery times because waiting for 60min for food is a joke, people order food for convenience and quickness, especially since if you ask me if I would rather go to a different place with slightly less tasting food but get the food twice as quick I...
Read moreGot this after being recommended it by a friend, while was fishing at pickering park. No exaggeration, I can't think of a time in my life I have enjoyed a pizza more, even when I made my own dough. Their base is so light and fluffy, the ingredients are fresh and the chicken tikka was proper chicken, not cubes of highly processed meat, like Dominoes, or any other takeaway. I usually leave the hard dry crusts, but these are soft, fresh and delicious not frozen and bought in staff also couldn't have been more helpful and when we ordered the last time, it was here within half an hour on a Saturday night, despite being a couple of miles away from town. Couldnt...
Read moreWe ordered white chocolate cookie dough and what we thought was red velvet cookie dough through uber eats. The food comes and it’s the white chocolate cookie dough (which in all fairness was nice) with a slice of red velvet cake instead of the cookie dough, which was stale and not very nice. The reason we thought it was cookie dough was because it was under the cookie dough section for £5.80 and there was a separate cake section where you could buy a slice of red velvet for £3.20. We rang up and they hung up on us after asking us to wait, we rang back with no answer. If you’re ordering from here be aware of unclear labels and also wouldn’t recommend the...
