Well what can I say. There was only 1 table with people sat at it. Every table in there had cups and rubbish on it. The 3 staff members was to busy talking. We ordered our drinks and the girl seemed to tip half of one of them down the sink. Wiping the dribbles off with her fingers. One of them was supposed to be a hot chocolate and one a coffee. She then turned to us and said she didn't know which was which. Spraying cream and sprinkles on both. As she passed them over she said its not my best work. No offer of making a new one as she really didn't know which was which. We walked over to a dirty table sat down. Both took a sip of the drink. Looking at the dirty finger smudges on the cup we decided to leave. The girls never asked why we left instantly. They looked up then carried on talking. Definitely will not be returning. Read moreAs much as the drinks are nice and the staff can be friendly I feel like there is something lacking in the training. Twice now I have topped up my card and they never used the funds. Then when I needed to pay a little extra on my normal card it ends up being the full amount and the money still on my Starbucks card. Something I can easily ignore but then it has happened again and for some reason only there it has happened and I'm now writing this review. Been to other Starbucks and they either automatically take the funds off my Starbucks card or they ask me if I want to use the funds on the card. Starbucks is a treat for me and don't get often so when I do I make sure put enough funds on the card so I limit what I spend. Definitely not confident in doing the drive through...
Read moreNice place and Location, However I'm not too impressed with the lack of service I ask each time that I go in for a cinnamon swell warmed up they refuse me because they've had people burn themselves now every other Starbucks that I go into have no problem serving me this ! And all I get from the staff is that it is a different franchise to the rest of them whatever that means ?
To me Starbucks is a Starbucks and they shouldn't be able to refuse a service and as a person that already works in customer service they should know better then to refuse a paying customer regardless of what may or may not have happened in the past- if a customer wants an item warmed up then they should not be able to say no !
