Rainbow Pizza, Kebab & Burgers — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered food and waited 45 minutes (estimated time given in the email confirmation) and the food didnt arrive so after waiting another 20 minutes on top of that I ended up ringing them. When I explained the situation I heard the man on the phone shout my address out to another staff member and then a few minutes later he came back to me with "Your order is on its way". That was it. No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation as to where our food was and based on the response I received, I get the feeling our food hadnt even left the restaurant yet. After this I still had to wait another 15 minutes, regardless of the fact that my address is half a mile away from the location of the restaurant. The food wasnt terrible but it was definitely below average, pretty bland, I wouldnt say it was anything spectacular and I've bought oven pizzas that are so...

The guys licks on their tongue before they put the cooked meat on to the packaging paper when they all handle the food with unwashed bare hands.its very unhygienic and unhealthy.i will be reporting them to food standards now as they don't want to change their practise.The kebabs are left there to dry and salads are handled with bare hands where they keep touching everywhere before the food is served.the uncooked food isn't preserved in a fridge and just left outside in a plastic container which is a no no for food hygiene.we had diarrhea and vomiting after eating this food and I will never go...

Used to be a regular customer at Rainbows, my recommendation, if you continue to use them; never order a large amount of food, especially if you require anything adjusting from the main menu (like no mushrooms or BBQ base) - they'll get it wrong, monumentally, then refuse to do anything about it. I also ordered a pot of chili sauce... Never came. The little bits and bobs that you get charged for, that never come, is actually just theft! You've paid, receive nothing. Me, and all of the people at my house at the time (Big order = more people) will not be using...
