your shop is very famous and you probably get so much sales that bad reviews don’t bother you but you shouldn’t take this lightly. you need to put way more focus on the quality, the taste is banging but your quality is so poor, i’ve had bones in the peri fillet burger meal before too. i placed an order for 3 burger meals and it took 1 hour and 20mins to come and i phoned them twice in between. food arrived cold and you gave me the wrong drinks and you gave no sauces with the burger and you didn’t put peri salt on properly. having no sauce ruins the meal completley and so does the wrong drink. and the food being cold? after waiting so long is the worst part. chips were mad soggy and hard and so was the burger felt like you have gave leftovers and shut the shop. if your making great sales surely you should invest more into your business before it collapses due to this poor quality. hire more drivers so you can deliver the food hot and in time. you should tell how long it’s going to be before hand. and if it is going to be over an hour you should make sure it is piping hot when it’s delivered.you need to fix up mistakes and give sauces that is a must you shouldn’t forget them it ruins the meal. and the correct drinks. and stop being stingy with the peri salt. give more and proeprly peri salt every chip not just the top of it. your food is tasty no doubt but invest more into your quality of service and food.get another driver and don’t deliver food cold. a 1hour20 min delay is bad enough but if the food was hot. i wouldn’t have minded THAT much. fix your stuff up. raja’s use to be so good back in the day now it’s going very poor. please reply to this so i know...

Ordered a box meal only to realise half the things were missing, unfortunately for me I had travelled from Edinburgh and didn’t eat till later in the day. When I called up and explained half the things weren’t in the box meal the Asian lady who answered the phone spoke to me as if I was some kind of liar. Your staff who hardly know any English are allowed to make a mistake! I couldn’t get my head around how she replied saying “that’s not possible” as if to say she herself had served me. In a polite manner I explained it’s easily done to which she handed the phone over to a manager. The chap I spoke to Infact said was the owner (who’s name began with M) a was reassured that next time I visited rajas they would fix this by giving me a free box. I did explain I wasn’t from Glasgow to which he relied whenever you next come. Fast forward a month and I’m in Glasgow again. So I thought why not and mentioned to the guy who served me what had happened and what the over had said. To which I was completely ignored. I got what I paid for and then the guy turned his back on me and began serving another customer. It’s not about the £13 box meal or whatever it was, it’s shameful to say at first the lady on the phone was extremely rude to the point I felt like saying if you’re that miserable ask for your p45!
