Slicehouse Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

Although some of the food is decent, we’ve received orders different to what we’ve ordered every single time we’ve spent money at Slice House. At first, the staff were kind enough and brought us what we originally ordered. However, having bought from the shop multiple times, there has not been one single time where our order has been delivered correctly. This means that the parts of the order that are correct are freezing cold by the time the correct items are delivered. The most recent time we ordered, we were given the wrong items yet again and were told that those were they items that had been ordered when they received the order. This was double checked when placing the order but, even after pointing out that we’ve had to deal with many mistakes made on their side, they refused to amend this mistake. Its a good, and interesting pizza choice for Coatbridge. For me it's a little over-priced as Paesano whom I consider to have the best Naples style pizza is roughly £2 cheaper per pizza. As for the pizza it's pretty good (especially the Berlin ones), the main negative is the base is a little bit on the dry and heavy side. A little more sauce would alleviate some of the dryness, more cheese is always welcomed.

I maintain the website is rubbish though, it offer's you discounts that don't exist. Similar to their stablemate Burger7, who clearly have no idea what their prices actually are (own website, just-eat and instore all show entirely...

I am sorry to write this, but you have to be objective so .... the prices have increased, for example, chicken wrap before £ 6 now £ 7 ok I understand(all prices goin up) but if you already raise the prices, do not reduce the portion because the wraps have been reduced so it's not right if you raised the prices anyway top, previously I had no problems with eating one and now there is no chance, I will add that I still have the same stomach ,,,,, sorry but you just lost a regular...
