Bon Apetit — Restaurant in Scotland

This place has always had appalling for food quality, price and delivery times. I'm diabetic and need to take my medication at least 10 mins before I eat, so when they say 1hr for delivery each time it's been 1.5hrs/2hrs.

When I take this medication and don't eat in time, it leads to hypoglycemia which happened tonight. Food was lukewarm and reheated when we eventually got it and we live 5 mins from the restaurant and ordered delivery as we worked a 12 hr shift but was all wasted after 5 minutes.

Running a food business is also about your customers needs and they need to research more than just allergies.

Got a takeaway 2 hours waiting time ok as phoned early at 5 for 7 o'clock at 7.40 it was delivered. Chicken spring rolls starter had no filling in them .Counted up what we ordered and was charged 7 pounds more than was on menu in house. Guess prices have went up so I go to restaurant with my none starter only 2 wait 15 minutes for someone to come to door and say sorry about that fat must have been to high. Doh waited outside for another 10 minutes for new starter and was given a packet of jelly sweets .Food is normally bang on so will give it one more go as previous wait for takeaway was over a hour wait. Probably the worst Chinese restaurant in Coatbridge by far. Asked for long tray noodles onions mushrooms and bean sprouts with gravy. please see picture below no mushrooms or bean sprouts and gravy.

Called up to complain, very rude abrupt staff member quoting "it's only vegetables missing" find it extremely difficult to believe that a restaurant would also run out of gravy on a Saturday evening. My chips were reheated and absolutely solid. Every time we have placed an order with this restaurant we always seem to have problems, Either with delivery or the food it's self. Won't be ordering from this restaurant ever again.
