We have ordered here a few times and it’s always been lovely. Tonight our order arrived pretty quickly however it was missing the fries and the burger was wrong (had salad when special instructions said no salad). I phoned and the lady put the manager Matthew on who apologised and said he will make a new burger and fires and get them sent over. We waited over an hour and my partner called and was advised the manager had left with it 5 mins ago and we can chat with him when he arrives.
