If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Took my boys here last Saturday, everyone was looking forward to it as it was closed for refurb for months the last time we all wanted to go. £25 for family of 4 seems reasonable considering the size of the place and I loved going here when I was younger. Sadly it was an absolute let down, as I walked through the changing room and could not believe what I saw, the place was absolutely filthy! I dont just mean the floor hadnt been cleaned in a few days, I mean this place has not been cleaned properly in months or shockingly years. Most of the LOCKERS DO NOT WORK, either dont have doors or out order signs on them. 3 times we moved our stuff to find a locker that would lock. Didnt manage to get pictures of the shower area or toilets but they were in really bad condition the full changing/shower area disgustingly filthy and contanmimated. THE PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. The showers and changing rooms should be jet washed EVERY single night to get remove dirt & grime from the walls/floors/drains. Toilets cleaned hourly and checked, rubbish disgarded of. This was not he case when I was here. There were about 6 staff all standing round the reception area downstairs at changing room entrance doing nothing. I manage to get some pictures. I went up stairs and asked to speak to the manager, the supervisor on was pleasant enough as I express my concerns on how DIRTY the place was, she reassured me that the staff are 'CONSTANTLY CLEANING' after showing her the pictures I had taken she apologised she did say he was embarressed. The manager was pretty tongue tied when I questioned him about the place being audited and who is in charged of checking the cleanliness and maintanace passing it safe for the public use? He could not answer he apologise and said he will get them to clean it. I explained that the full area including showers bathrooms and floors needed to be DEEP CLEANED, I'm surprised people are not getting sick from coming here. The amount of money this place makes and cannot keep it maintained or clean is really shocking, definately do not eat here can you imagine the kitchens 🤢 baby changing room, you would not take your baby into. Only got a few pics inside and outside where we changed. The place is massive and it was all filthy could not get more pics as I cant just randomly take pics of the public. Couldnt get the showers as I said either but they are disgusting could not wait to get out of there.

I recently hosted a birthday celebration at Time Capsule Water Park, and it turned out to be an absolute hit! The idea was met with enthusiasm by all attendees, and it's safe to say that everyone had a fantastic time. One of the standout features of this experience was the incredible support we received from the staff. From the moment we made our bulk booking for 50 people, they were there every step of the way, helping us understand, organize, and arrange everything for the birthday festivities. The kids had an absolute blast, but what really impressed me was how much fun the adults had too. It truly was an experience that catered to all age groups, making it the perfect choice for a family celebration. I also want to give a special shoutout to Suzan, who went above and beyond to ensure that our after-water park party snacks were a hit. The food was delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, especially after a day of excitement and activity. Suzan even provided us with a dedicated cafeteria for cake cutting and serving snacks, giving us the feeling of having our own private party cafe. Overall, Time Capsule Water Park exceeded our expectations in every way. From the fantastic staff to the delicious food options, it was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to host a memorable celebration.

Me and my family were excited to come here. And handnt been in years but when we got there ... It was a bit of a disappointment. We got in the staff were friendly but it is very overpriced. We got dressed, most of the lockers being out of order and many people didn't know what there locker number was and needed help from staff because the key didn't tell them. You had to scan it which is a bit confusing but didn't bother us too much. The showers made an awful screeching noise. The pool was very big and we enjoyed it there but I noticed some of the water was black and the walls were so dusty people wrote there names in it. Every 10 minutes the waves come on and it is fun. We asked the staff about slides and they were very helpful. Some staff were helpful and kind others ignorant. We tried the slides Most being fun but then me and my sister tried the two long ones. They were very fun but you had to climb 10 flights of stairs to get to the top so by the time I got there my legs were in pain. We waited a long time to go on the slides it wasn't because of a que it was because the staff in charge were too busy talking to let us know if we could go. I thought the pool was relaxing and fun. Though it was dirty and parts of it needed cleaning. When we left I went to the bathroom and was disgusted. None of the toilets would flush and it smelt terrible . the hair dryers costed 20p for 2 minutes were as most hairdryers are free and this one didn't even dry our hair that well. Overall I would say it is a fun place the pools are relaxing and fun to play in. I enjoy the rapids and slides. Even though there is so many stairs its worth it. Though I hated the fact the staff were so busy talking to each other , they payed no attention to anyone. I feel they should try not to speak to each other when working on the slides and hire a cleaner. The toilets are disgusting and the pool needs a clean. They should think about putting the prices down a bit because everyone shouldn't feel like they have to have a lot of money with them to come here. I would like to see how the ice skating is here it is great that it is so many things in one and family friendly but its not the best place to be for hygiene...

We went on Sunday 26th of May and I must say this was far from what I was expected. Let's start from beginning. The price for family was not too expensive. 28 pounds and they refund 4£ for lockers.so 24£. Good job we have our swimming costumes on already, so we just take our clothes off right by the lockers, because all changing rooms were engaged. We tried couples lockers, cause some of them were broken. In swimming pool was chaos I don't think I ever saw so many people in swimming pool before. There was no visible signs of where to start and where to go. So we started with waves pool. Kids go on climbing nets and under the large bucket of water (it was lovely ) then we walked few rounds before we found the stairs to yellow and red flumes. It takes ages to get down. Taking in mind that we have only 90 minutes in there. Waiting time to one flume was around 10-15 minutes. Then we go to the large flume where all family can slide in one go, but we've been disappointed that they only have one inflatable thing for 4 people and only one for 2 people. So queue for this flume was extremely large. If there would be at least two inflatable seats for 4 persons, would be much better and quicker. In most swimming pools lazy river goes around, but in here you must walk up to the slides and then swim down and queues was everywhere . So 90 minutes in there allow us to go once on each flumes, twice lazy river , three times under the bucket and twice enjoy waves. Changing rooms were extremely small and busy. All the staff tried their best to help and give directions....
