Souvlaki Station — Restaurant in Great Britain

The worst delivery experience I've ever had. I ordered food for home delivery, and it never arrived. After an hour, I called the restaurant — they told me it had already been delivered. I hadn’t received anything. They said they would send it again. Another hour passed, still nothing. Called again. Then the driver called me but couldn’t find the address. He couldn’t even tell me where he was, so I could go there and pick it up myself.

Let’s be honest — it’s not my job to go looking for the driver or track down my own food. That’s literally the point of home delivery: for the food to come to me, on time, without extra effort on my part. My address is correct and has always been easy to find for every other courier until now.

In the end, I went out to look for him. He was standing somewhere completely unrelated to my location. And guess what — he handed me also the first order, the one he had claimed he already delivered. 😏 I don’t know what kind of drivers you're working with, but it's clearly time to make a change. This was an absolute mess, and the food — after being driven around for hours — was cold and definitely not fresh. Never...

Our town has just acquired its very own genuine Greek Souvlaki place!! Souvlaki Station opened its doors two days ago in Dunstable and they have been rushed off their feet since. We gave it a try today, hoping that things would have settled down.. We were impressed!!

First of all, the moment we walked in, that unique aroma of charcoaled pork and chicken skewers and great oregano-seasoned chips, transported us to the best souvlaki places of Athens. It's amazing how smell can conjure up memories of times past and places loved...

A great menu with all the classic favourites made from ingredients that are mainly imported from Greece. Large, tasty portions, well-presented and reasonably priced.

Gyros, souvlaki ('kalamaki', meat on skewers), kebabs, Greek Salad ('horiatiki'), baklava, ekmek kadayfi and even Greek fizzy drinks ('Lux').

Moon, Lola, and Anja are absolute stars – the friendliest, most welcoming, and super helpful staff you could ever hope to meet.
