Terrible place. Avoid like the plague. I've used them a few times just because they are close to where I live. BUT. I order kebab they give me shish, I order shish they give me kebab, I order a portion of chicken strips, they give me a chicken strips wrap. The last straw was today. I paid by card online. The payment went through but the order did NOT, so I called them. They re-assured me they had not received any order, so I decided to order from somewhere else and dispute the charge on my card. MORE THAN 3 H LATER, someone KNOCKS ON MY DOOR WITH THE ORDER. I send it back and call them, and they insist the order came through a few minutes earlier. These people are incapable of running a KEBAB PLACE. Guess what, it's not ROCKET SCIENCE. Honestly, just quit and go claim benefits. Not somewhere I've tried before but was the only place open at 12.15am on a Thursday which really surprised me. Had a Lamb Doner Kebab and a burger (just driven from Aberdeen so was starving😁). Lamb doner was good, Lamb not as spicy as I would have liked but the sauces made up for that, good portion for the money and well presented. The burger was excellent, beautifully soft bun that didn't crumble so was obviously fresh, the beef pattie its self was the best quality burger I've ever had, it was meaty, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. I was a bit dubious to what the food was going to be like because the lads were flat out busy with phone orders for delivery which also surprised me as it was 12.15am on a Thursday in a deserted Shrewsbury, but the food was bang on, delicious and quality ingredients. Ordered 2 pizzas for collection, went in and they were sat on the heater, I was ignored completely when I walked in for about 2 minutes even though I was right in front of the guy milling behind the counter.

On returning home the Hawaiian with some extras didn’t have the pineapple on it which is a key component of the pizza. When I rang to complain I couldn’t get through after 3 attempts as it rang out to answer machine. When they did answer 40 mins later I explained the situation the guy said ‘I’ll check’. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes while I could hear employees laughing and taking orders from customers in the shop. I hung up to call back but they had left the phone off the hook.

Poor food. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again and will advise others...
