Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

We ordered online and it was delivered, courtesy of Ubereats, promptly. The order was for three main meals and four sides. The sides were all correct, although the meatballs were luke warm rather than hot. The mains were all wrong in at least one way. One main sub had jalapeños in, which the person couldn't eat. The salad box was missing pickles, but again had jalapeños in, not ordered as the person eating doesn't eat spicy foods. The third main, a steak and cheese sub, came with extra portion of (yes, you guessed it!) jalapeños, again none had been requested in the order, and minus the cheese! When a complaint was made they refunded £2.09 for the one incorrect t item t t item. Funnily enough they then wouldn't pick up the phone, despite still being open for the next 15 minutes. I , my husband and little daughter went to Subway wreckin retail park and had two portions of meatball, some nachos and some cheesy bites. The meatball were stale , cold and hard rock. My daughter hurt her tooth and my husband as well. The cheesy bites old , horrible and cheese hard inside. When I approached a member of the staff but he ignored me.
