Absolutely appalling and disgraceful behaviour from a member of staff who was dishonest, I asked whether they have gluten free options and the gentleman said yes but I am not sure exactly! I then informed him that I have coeliac disease and need to know for certain before ordering, he confirmed 'we can cater for you'. I chose a sub and asked whether all ingredients were gf and he scrolled on his phone for a while and confirmed confidentially that all ingredients in this sub are gf including the sauce. He made the sub, and whilst doing so we looked online as he didn't fill us with any confidence. And rightly so, as we then foind out that there were many ingredients that contained gluten within this chosen sub! This is not acceptable, this is a serious issue and all staff should be away of allergens otherwise this could cause serious health...

Tarik, three together my sub, I even asked him to spread it out and he just put more in one place and then started muttering more Bangladeshi words to his friend.
