The Bike Shed — Restaurant in Great Britain

We went to this community cafe for a coffee after a recommendation from the bicycle shop (Bikes of Inverness, a few doors away). We took one look at the menu and decided to stop in for lunch. We had a vegan haggis toastie and a spinach muffin with salad. They were freshly prepared and, as you can see from the photo, they were very generous portions. Both excellent value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cafe also runs a 'pay it forward' system so you can contribute to a fund which is used to benefit those in the local community. We will definitely go back here, and hopefully catch one of their open mic nights. We loved the ethos of the space, it is a true hidden gem.

Always a pleasure to go to the bike shed. Great host, even when he is obviously overloaded. Took a little longer than normal for the food, due to the busy-ness however was flexible and we were able to take out the food. Lovely coffees, Would recommend the chai latte or the espresso for coffees, they are excellent!

What a great hidden gem in Inverness!! This little coffee shop is worth a visit. The coffee is truly amazing and don't forget to try the crepes. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere. Parking is available infront of store and around the corner. The Bike Shed is amazing!
