The Coffee Mill @ Willsbridge — Restaurant in Great Britain

I do not understand the review placed a month ago, with regards to being over priced and comments on food and staff.

Our walking group has been coming here for over a year, I have also ate lunch here often one of their specials.

We have always found the Service to be excellent, with friendly staff who always make us feel welcome. Perhaps this lady was having a bad day.

The Drinks and Food are not overpriced and are no more than local establishmentments serving the same quality of food and drink.

We would all recommend the Bacon or Sausage Sandwiches any of the Cakes or Lunch Specials

I think the fact that it is always busy, with repeat customers speaks for itself.

You need to check opening times on Willsbridge Mill website as they are not open daily. Also they stop serving just before 2pm I think the sign said. That maybe anything from the kitchen, as they had a good selection of cakes on offer.

The children's box meal is different in that they offer ham, cheese or jam sandwiches. Jam is a nice alternative as I know my grandchildren would probably prefer that.

Appalling and rude service. I understand there are staff shortages, but simply put a sign on the door or at the till to explain the kitchen will be closed. I stood 30 minutes I the queue promised that I would get served food, with my 9 month old in tow... only to get to the front of the queue to be turned away. Anyone with young children would understand how frustrating this is, especially after taking off coats, carriers hats and finding a table and highchair. Ruined a ...
