We've been here a few times, but went for the first time for lunch with our 12 week old puppy today. The staff were so lovely and made our furry guy Harvey feel so comfortable and welcome with puppy treats and fuss. The food is simple but great. The coffees are amazing. 10/10.

I'd thought I would share my experience I had here at the cafe. The service was very nice and friendly, made you feel welcome. I ordered a mug of tea and one of their hot sandwiches or toastie unsure of the name.

The tea was lovely, something to drink whilst waiting for my order. There was a couple of things that was a little annoying. So hopefully this is some feedback from a customer point of view.

Having the radio on was nice. Having a listen while chillin' was spot on, but then you can here the other radio in the kitchen on a different station at the same time. Very distracting.

Singing out loud whilst wandering around the cafe and cooking I don't think customers want to hear your amazing vocals mate lol. A bit off putting really.

The hot sandwich that came out, for the money, I was expecting something a little better. In between the bread was ham and grated cheese. On top the bread was some sort of sauce with grated cheese on top the sauce. This was then grilled to melt the cheese into the sauce. It didn't look appetising.

There was a little side salad and a mini bowl with some crisps in it. (Side Note) Maybe ask the customer what flavour they would like!

When eating the sandwich, you have the hot melted part on top then the cold grated cheese and ham at the bottom. It wasn't very nice whilst chewing. There was a bit of an after taste which I didn't like also.

Overall, it's a nice little cafe. Very friendly but from what I had eaten I wouldn't eat there again unfortunately. But I will pop back in for a coffee or tea again though. That was nice.

P.S. Let me know if you sign up for the...

They says reviews are from people who had really good or bad experiences. Unfortunately mine is the latter. I went there for a breakfast and coffee with my wife. Never eaten there before. We went in and asked for the breakfast food menu, then chose to order coffee. But after sitting down realised that their fixed breakfasts included coffee. Obviously we would have gone with those. The waitress and manager said it was our fault for not reading the menu first and gave us not option to reduce the cost. She was a really aggressive pushy manager even though they should have told us this when we started, as they knew we were there for breakfast. I said we weren't going to have a breakfast then and they showed no care at all, and treated us like trash. Horrible attitudes, will never be going there again. And the coffee for two was over £6 which is really expensive...

Love this little cafe it is always so friendly and welcoming but I have to say I was disappointed yesterday. We chose a turkey stuffing and cranberry baguette from the Xmas menu with salad garnish and crisps. When it arrived the only good thing was the salad garnish. The baguette had a couple of packet turkey slices the stuffing was hard and there were 3 crisps in a tiny pot. Not...
