Went in last night first of all because i was 7 minutes past 7 they wouldn't give me the kids eat for £1 offer the barman serving me lacked personal hygiene, when we did order the kids meal it came the first thing was there was no lettuce or tomatoes on the kids burgers when I lifted it to Check the burger roles were solid I asked for replacement rolls the member of staff brought me a roll that was frozen like it had been in the freezer she said if they het it up it would go hard again !!! She put it on the griddle and it was mildly better but still cold to the touch she brought out the roll again and I had to ask for replacement cheese and the burger was now cold by this time I was really annoyed the kids were moaning and by time they ate what little dinner they could I had to ask for the desserts which they had run out they would of known that had they of asked me at the till what dessert I wanted, absolute shambles I would not go back and would not recommend taking your kids they should of offered to replace their meals or at least acknowledged it was unacceptable!!! it's really annoying as I've been in and the girl with the red hair cannot be anymore helpful with offers at the till her customer service is great and is more than aware of what's happening at her tables and would of sorted this problem straight away I'm more than sure. Booked table, but when entered stood for 2 or 3 minutes with no one looking interested on seating us, went and found a table and sat anyway. Ordered starters and a main, within 10 minutes somebody arrived with our main meals, when enquiring about our starters someone brought out 1 starter and I had to say about the other one, never have I been anywhere that give you main meals and starters at the same time 10 minutes after ordering. No cutlery , condements were on the table and whoever served us our food never as much as spoke to us to ask or tell us where to get these, I had to take them from another table. I bought fish and chips and the fish wasn't cooked properly, my wife's food was fine. I would have probably said to someone if anyone had asked how the food was or showed any sign of service or even eye contact but none of these things happened. After my wife finished we got up and left probably about 30 minutes after entering through your doors. By a distance the worst dining experience I have ever received and I would actively tell people to avoid going to your premises. I was in on Sunday with my friend and her daughter. We ordered our food which was 3 of rhe same meal jst steak cooked differently,meals came out 2 of them where wrong these where taken away then waited 10 mins for the right meals to come out. During this time I started eating my food ir else it would have went cold! Cut into my steak and it was pink even though I asked for well done! My steak got replaced after waiting 15 mind for it so then the rest of my food got cold anyway. My friend and her daughters good was over cooked so we complained and didn't get charged!! We also got a voucher for when we went back which was the decent thing to do. We went back tonight 8th sept we all ordered food mine came out and the chicken skewers where brick hard so had to send them back! My meal was replaced i ate it because I was hungry,I'm guessing they where ready made chicken skewers cooked from frozen. Absolutely put off ever going back!!
