This kind of pub is a rarity. A proper pub with no food, just fantastic drinks and a great atmosphere. Nice people, patrons and staff, entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays. Inside, it's very cosy. The black and red colour scheme gives the place a real pub feeling, and the Celtic flags on the ceiling promote the local heritage, accompanied by pictures on the walls. There's also a nice little terrace at the rear (with a convenient alternative entrance) which is nice to sit at on a hot day, under the shade or in the sun.

We only had drinks which were very reasonably priced.
