I ordered from this place at 3 AM and it was a total disaster. The order was delayed for ages, and when I tried calling the shop, they completely ignored my calls. After an hour, the driver called saying he was outside, but there was no one there. When I asked him to come to my actual location, he got rude, hung up on me, and the order got cancelled.

I tried calling again multiple times — they didn’t even bother to answer. I’ve never seen such unprofessional and rude service. The driver had zero manners, and the shop clearly doesn’t care about customers.

Dirty, needs tidying up. Loads of drinks cases stacked in front of drinks fridge behind the counter in full view of customers. Food preparation area was cleaned, but not appealing to get your cooked on. The chicken storage cabinet screens have seen better days. When I arrived there was no one in the shop. Had placed an order online for collection. Waited for about 8 minutes before a girl appeared coming in through front door from next shop. She apologised and was pleasant enough, but shop is in dire need of sprucing up. It looks neglected. I'm sure I have a picture I will share. Food inspectors delay need to review...
