Millennium Pizza Est. 2000 — Restaurant in England

DO NOT ORDER FROM UNLESS YOU LOVE HAVING HAIRS IN YOUR FOOD. absolutely appalling and when rang to inform them i dont appreciate the hairs in BOTH OF MY PIZZAS staff started to pretend they dont speak English. Then i was told to take photos of the 4+ hairs in my food. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK I WOULD ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD AND THEN PLANT HAIRS IN IT????? WHAT THE HELL WOULD I GAIN FROM THAT??? Then i was offered a discount for next time i order. i have never laughed so much in all my life i nearly died. WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM A PLACE WHICH DOESN'T HAVE BASIC HYGIENE. i dont even want to think about how many hairs i ate before i spotted them and god knows what else was in the pizza. his justification was 'no one who works here has long hair' IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG THE HAIR OF YOUR STAFF IS IT IS THE PRINCIPLE AND FACT THAT HAIR WAS PRESENT IN THE PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! calling a customer a liar asking for photo proof and then offering a discount is just a bloody insult. staff need to wash but a better suggestion is to have the company closed down. theres probably rats and mice in the kitchen. if i dont die from the dodgey food by tomorrow then i will be reporting to food standards so enjoy...

Ordered from website Ordered two burgers last night, arrived and they were wrong so we called and they replaced the food. Checked and the food was wrong again. Order the chilli con carne burgers but we’re given the Mexican burgers. Called to say the were wrong and they told us the burgers were correct. When we said the chilli was cold and looked like salsa they said chilli con carne comes cold, meatless and that we were wrong. Rather than apologising we were told we were wrong the burger comes like that and he’s send us pictures of what the burger looks like if we want. I’m not sure if they don’t want to admit they’re wrong or couldn’t be bothered to redeliver the correct food or if they just didn’t know what chilli con carne is but they should have at least offered a refund and they could have taken the burgers back if they wanted because they were cold when they arrived. Don’t know if it’s as to do with the old cold salsa in the burger but whatever. Oh and the chips were meant to have peri peri seasoning but didn’t. Terrible service, mediocre...

Placed my order around 2:30 (hence just eat showing a 3:35 AM delivery estimate) - which is fine, 1 hour is reasonable. When it was 3:45-50, 4:00 and 4:15 I tried calling the restaurant but they wouldn't pick up the phone. Once, I have managed to get a hold onto a person working there around 3:50 they told me : "Ok Sir, wait 15-40 minutes" to get my food. So waiting didn't seem reasonable and was unfair. By 4:20, I gave up on waiting for my food, and went to bed hungry. Would've love to sleep, but at 5:10 the delivery guy was knocking on my door and ringing me, messaging me to come outside and collect my food. I Went outside, picked up the food and got back in the house, I obviously had a bite of my pizza that was stiff, cold and tasted as if I had a bite of rubber!! It was disgusting! I threw it straight to the bin, also the coke I've received was the sugary one, instead of a diet one that I just prefer taste wise. I'll definitely avoid ordering from this restaurant again, NOT...
