We were seated and passed the menus. Not asked if we wanted any drinks or anything and left for 15 minutes, after we was finally paid some form of attention someone came and took our order.
I went for the t-bone sizzler and my partner had the sirloin sizzler and we had a garlic bread with cheese to share.
The food came out promptly although i sent mine back as i requested no beans and it came with my meal. I then had to send my steak back as it was literally raw in places. I did request medium rare but this was literally raw. The food was of a good standard and tasted nice.
After finishing our meal the empty plates were left on the table for 10 minutes or so before they were cleared away. This is where things went downhill even more, we was basically left unattended to for a further 35-40 minutes and only then was we seen to because we asked for the bill.
We was going to get a dessert but after being left for such a long period of time literally looking at members of staff stood in groups talking between themselves whilst we became more and more frustrated we decided to not bother.
After seing previous reviews from months ago it seems that there are still issues with staff training and no card taken as payment, which for a restaurant in this day in age is absolutely ridiculous.
Overall it just seemed that they employ school leavers to keep the wage bill down and are not trained to any sort of standard of service you would expect when eating out, especially when there was only about 10 customers in the restaurant and 8 or so members of staff....
We definitely wont...

Ordered the 2 x steak dianes. One cooked to medium and the other medium well. The waiter wasnt interested at all after seating us to our table...no cutlery other than 1 set which was dirty....she never came to take our order some other member of staff came.
Our kids food was fine no issues. But when the waiter who seated us bought our mains for us. She didnt specifiy which one was which. I had to ask her for cutlery...how am i meant to eat steak with no knife and fork? ...had to asl her which one was medium and medium well she didnt know she had to go back in the kitchen to ask...she came back with her response... which by that time i had just cut it to figure it out myself...but she got it wrong anyway...clearly not interested in giving any service...we had asked for waters...never came...my 7 year old had to ask twice for it to come ...he actually went to the counter as all members of staff were just chatting away not bothered once to come round to check if all was okay...
Now getting to the portion size...there was clearly a huge difference between mine and my wifes portions even tho we ordered exactly the same thing. The meat was half the amount of what i was given. I had 2 medium sized peices and herd was 1 small very very thin peice...it looked like a kids meal more than anything. And the mash i had 3 mash balls where hers had 1. Mine was flooding with gravy and hers was bone dry. It was a absolute disgrace ..Raised this....with nothing done. Just a blank response... Its not like this was the 1st time iv ordered this....this is something we get on a regular so we know what to expect...all members of staff must have been around 7 8 of them and only 2 families in restraunt who werent being served very well i was very very...
