Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

I popped in today just to get iced coffe for a travel so I asked for take away like I always do, the old lady behind the counter was very unpleasant but I still remain nice and didn't comment her attitude, when I was supposed to collect my order it turned out the other girl wasn't informed about my takeaway order and prepared drink in glass. I asked if she could change it for me as I am going out, all of sudden old cashier started loudly and without any manners commenting fact that I didn't ask for take away, when I clearly did, it's a real joke to tell me what I said when she was the wrong one from the beginning. Instead of staying quiet and accepting the fact she made mistake when no one even pointed it at her, she decided to behave such rude way towards me. I am so sorry for the young girl which made my coffee for working with the other colegue who clearly can't accept her wrong and is unable to cooperate with...

Food is cheap and easy, which isnt an issue...on the day the girl making coffees just didnt want to be there and and had an awful hacking, which seemed to be mostly over the equipment/drinks...there was quite await hot drinks until someone came to help her...thinking great my coffees ready, then the lad helping just belched after handing me the coffee...very unprofessional conduct already...I wont be visiting anytime soon...shame as the rest of the staff...

Food is fine but drinks are never ever what you order. Order oat milk you’ll get cows milk especially if the short old woman with red hairs working.
