NEVER ORDER FROM HERE - I AM APPALLED Placed at £25 order via just eat. I specifically put in the notes I am 7 MONTHS PREGNANT in the hope that they would take extra care to ensure my order was complete as I have had this problem with takeaways before. Food came, and shock, there was items missing. Had to drag my heavily pregnant self out at 10:30 at NIGHT to try and obtain the rest of my food as dispute many attempts I could not get through on the telephone. Parked up outside and they were closed, shutters down. I was in tears as I was so hungry. By the time I got home, food was cold and inedible. Didn’t want to risk eating in not fresh being pregnant. Causing a pregnant woman stress and making them go through that much hassle to try and get what they paid for, making them go out at night and leaving them hungry is unacceptable!! zee fast food are crooks, rude and intolerant of beliefs. I mistakenly ordered a pizza which contains chicken and being a vegetarian i found myself upset and offended to see this. I struggled for 30 minutes to reason with the staff at zee fast food to sent me a replacement (and take this offensive product away from my sight), or give me a refund. I was meet with unforgiving and uncharitable attitudes. never ordering from here again as my beliefs have been completely unrecognised and i feel personally attacked. the refund policy clearly states that they will "fully refund you if" 1)contact is made within 24 hours. 2)valid explanation is provided. 2) food consumption is less than 5%. all of which have been meet. My teens went and ordered they went to the shop next door to get bits and bobs. When they returned the lady gave them wrong order and they informed her that. They lady didn't want to hear it and asked them to leave and saying to them they are baned from the shop. When they came back they where very upset, so I went to the lady and asked her why would she have a go at the children. All I got was verbal abuse as the lady was swearing in her language and then she tried to attack me whilst the cookers in the back try to hold her back from me. What a disgrace of a place.
