NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. Rude staff to say the least. Order some food online sat curtains open phone on loud as we all do when waiting for food, hour later still no food and online said it was still being prepped not out for delivery, so rang the shop to be told if had my food I've delivered it to argue with about 3 different men about the situation to which I said put the manager on the phone, explained my FOUR YEAR OLD has been waiting over an hour to eat and it was my money I have paid with for this food so it doesn't matter who is at error this needs to be sorted to be snapped at rudely spoken to. I asked if they could bring the food with them and I would personally go round with them to the door they wrongfully delivered to see if he could get some money off them as they took it and it wasn't fair on my child to have to wait any longer for him to turn up anyway with no food might I add to shout at my partner you stole my food. No he'd walked round to assist you and see what flat it was for him to tell my partner to wait there while he rang his boss. He turned around and said I'll sort it got in his car and drove off, when my partner come back asked him what he said andwhere is the food? He wasn't too sure so we left it for a bit when it FINALLY arrived AWFUL GOD AWFUL. Mine was rice box with TWO bits of chicken come with one tiny piece and I mean come on its been over two hours you messed up but I at least want my order correct, mushrooms sloppy and rank. Cold and vile. What a night, what was supposed to be nice takeaway family night but turned in to a nightmare. For some time Lotus has been our first choice when ordering food for our office at lunch time, last week we ordered and the order never came, we then after waiting 90 minutes called and had to go and collect it and when we got back some of it was missing so people had to go without their food!! that aside we gave them another chance this week and placed an order on the website at 11.50am this morning and it said 30 min deliver, at 1pm we called and were advised that they had closed and would reopen at 2pm and we would get the food immediately after that time, at 2.10pm we had a call telling us it was going to be a further 45 minutes for the delivery and we at that point having waited 2 1/2 hours said cancel it at which they said they could do it in 20 minutes, so we agreed and as i write this now at 2.45pm we are still waiting for the food, that is 3 hours since it was ordered, it is utterly dreadful and we will never use them again, the food finally turned up and despite us requesting that they mark the boxes with what the contents were so we didnt have to open all the burgers to see if they were tower/zinger etc but it seems that was too much to ask for and we had to handle everyones food, not great in the...

I ordered a chicken wrap meal with a garlic sauce pot. The garlic sauce had a piece of black hair in it. This is not the first time finding hairs in my food from this place, however I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly nothing has changed. I binned the food as I did not want to take any risks. The garlic sauce was kept to the side to show the driver when he came back to deliver more sauces, but there was no need as the food was already in the trash. The driver was nice and polite and I understand it was not his fault. On the other hand, I did call the restaurant up immediately and complained, the guy seemed as if he found it strange for me to complain about this and just replied with “ok sooo you want another one?” Well of course I do hun. Better yet, you can run my money back to me too. Did not receive any apology or refund. Am I in the wrong to be upset about hair in my food? Is this normal for them? Not sure why he found it so bizarre for me to call the shop about this. He muttered something under his breath before ending the call. Professional? I think not.
