I would have given 0 stars if Google had allowed me. I have been a regular customer for many years, and they can check from my email address that I've ordered from them more than 50 times. So today, we ordered a family platter. When we received the order, the quantity was so low, and as we are regular customers, we knew this. Couscous was missing, chicken Donner was missing, and chicken shish was only half chicken and half lamb. We called the restaurant to acknowledge that the food was missing. The gentleman who answered the phone said that they didn't understand what we meant. Then we explained what was going on. We explained again then he replied we don't have couscous left for tonight so there's no couscous. I assume they didn't have chicken Donner, chicken shish and lamb shisha either. Fair enough if they have food out of stock they should inform us before the delivery as they had our contact details but no one contacted us. On the phone call, he said we needed to take the food back to the restaurant to get a refund. When we went to the restaurant the manager had so bad attitude towards the customer service. No apologies, no customer service, no acknowledgement of missing food, he just said he didn't care. I said that it was a shame that he lost a regular customer he said he doesn't care as he has many customers. But I was one of their regular customers too. I am not a person who like to give a bad review but I wanted to be aware of other customers about there rudeness, so much attitude towards customers. I will never be going back...

AVOID at all costs!! I have never had such bad food in my life!! Iordered the cold and hot mezze as a meal and some extra Turkish bread as I wasn’t sure if that came with it. I also ordered the pan fried prawns. The oil of the prawns had seeped all the way over our food. We received our mezzes without any bread so we were unable to eat it. The prawns were tiny prawns, not seasoned so really bland. This would never in a million years be served like that in Turkey! We couldn’t really eat the mezzes but I did try and taste them. They all tasted disgusting and not seasoned at all. Also there were onion rings in a Turkish mezze platter which I found really bizarre. There was also some weird carrot contraption in the cold mezzes which was utterly disgusting. There was a pastry that was supposed to be filled with spinach and feta but when I tried to taste it, it was completely empty inside so just pastry without anything else. Even this was not edible! I don’t think the cooks of this place have ever tasted Turkish food in their whole life. I don’t understand how you can mess up what should be delicious food so badly! I paid more that£30 for food that we could not eat. I was also really sick all night after tasting the food. Avoid...

Got over charged - spent £27 for three items, got given full meals instead. The person realised we had noticed he was over charging us, when we asked about the ChefsSpecial which is cheaper for double the amount food we ordered. When getting in the car, the food did not smell great, on opening the food at home we realised the food we had been given was GONE OFF. I rang them to advise them of my immediate return with the food as it was not fresh enough to eat. On my return they had removed the chicken kebab from the rotators cooker which we believe had gone off. I tried to be discrete to get a refund, they had an issue with me return my whole order as wasn’t sure exactly whether the other item was edible due to not knowing the best before date. The employee advised that there was nothing wrong with the meals, especially the mixed shish as was cooked whilst there. Eventually I got a cash refund after paying by card, which left me feeling uneasy about my card details. The following day I felt sick in the morning as I’d tried a piece of lamb and chicken from the mixed Shish, followed by abnormal bowel movements.
