The service was baddd. The food was alright, but the need to train their staff in good customer service. I had moldy food and the waitress didn't do enough, she just said 'it's not going to kill me'. If I was allergic to penicillin, perhaps. Didn't care, I went to the cafe in Winterton a few years ago, there was mold on a cake. They apologised profusely and didn't let me pay for my meal, she didn't even replace the mouldy food. I also couldn't believe a member of staff told me to pass down the tea pots after resting his tray on the back of my chair. I haven't visited since before Covid and so thought all the covid booking things would have stopped by now but apparently they still take lots of bookings.
