Hate to be the one to say it but i fear that either the food or drink left me feeling pretty unwell within minutes off consumption.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for the best part of ten years in various capacities including management and supervisory myself i do not like to point the finger squarely at the staff for the experience ive recieved today as all of the young ladies at the venue provided perfect customer service
However i cannot help but question.the quality off training provided with regards to drink prep and i have serious questions regarding the quality off ingredients used for the food.
I was served an overwhelmingly sweet oat milk latte in which the coffee beans themself tasted asif they had been burnt during the making off my drink this in itself can be put down to poor training

Read moreToday we decided to walk along the seafront. Our little one wanted to use the litter picker to pick up litter. There is a sign next to the litter pickers saying have you done your 2 minute litter picking. We staying with in the railings as there is a huge drop the other side. Our little one sees some rubbish next to munchies. Literally NEXT to the last row of table and chairs. The owner shouts over to us “put the litter picker back” we explained our boy is picking up litter to which the owner shouts back “yeaaaaah”. How extremely rude! First of he could have come over to us and politely asked not shout so everyone looks over at us. A 2 year old boy wanting to pick up other peoples rubbish and this bloke shouts at him. There is double doors leading into the café and the staff are only too pleased to open them for you. They are helpful and bring your purchase to your table out in the pleasant surrounding of the lake,flowers and rockery are along side the lake. Little paths snake there way through the gardens. Truly relaxing place to be,which is a stark difference to the hub- bub of the other end of Great Yarmouth with its fairgrounds and amusement arcades .
