It would be almost criminal to visit this part of the world and not pop in here. Set on the island of a gorgeous boating lake, this wonderful cafe is surrounded by lovely scenery.
The cake selection and taste of the cheesecake is devine and a treat to the passing traveller.
There are boats you can hire to pass the time away or just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with a brew.
There is on street parking near by or a, shirt walk up from the town and price wise is reasonable to the discerning pocket.
There is no hot food as they have no kitchen but can warm up a sausage roll and rustle up beautifully presented...

We wanted a sandwich but the sandwiches were prepacked and as my mum didn't like Mayo they couldn't be bothered making a fresh sandwich. So we just have to have what they had left.
