Ted's Cafe — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

Stumbled across this cafe very recently. Great breakfast and very reasonable. Had the large one under a tenner and unlimited self help toast from toaster. Very filling and worth every penny. Got there just after opening 08.00, and the lady was working alone, but did do a very good job with several other people having also already ordered their food, mine only took 12 minutes from ordering to arrival at my table delivered with a smile. Nice and clean, definitely not a 'greasy spoon'! As a frequent visitor to the town, I shall be calling in again unfortunately for the cafe I used to use. Good food, fast service and a good...

We popped in for a breakfast and was very disappointed. My eggs were swimming in oil. My children wanted cheese on toast with beans and the cheese was just sprinkled on top of the beans. On top of that we all started getting upset stomachs shortly after the food. We use to go to that cafe many yrs ago and always had lovely food and great customer services. Now it's gone down hill and I'm very disappointed. Last time we ate in there, the roast dinner was a plate of boiled vegetables. No roast in sight apart from a tiny piece of pork. Very very poor customer service 3/9/22 around 8:30am the women serving was absolutely disgustingly rude no manners didn't even take notice of the order we made.....served cold coffee....asked for replacement and rolled her eyes.....brought plates over basically thrown them on the table....asked where our toast was she just said over there didn't say we had to do it or selfs.....

Very rude....no good in customer service....no manners....shouldn't be in her job roll.....time and date management you know who was on that morning?
