The complimentary fresh warm bread basket with garlic butter and bowl of garlic olives were a tasty surprise to nibble as we considered our menu choices. The portion of smoked salmon quiche was stuffed with ingredients and tasted wonderful and was complimented perfectly with the warm baby potatoes and green salad. The hand cut and home cooked chips were a very much appreciated touch and tasted lovely, they disappeared very quickly. Our desserts of coconut creme caramel, apple strudel and banana and chocolate pancake completed a really lovely lunch. Read moreFabulous little spot and definitely worth our walk to reach it. For my money, probably the best café in Great Yarmouth. Despite being two waifs and strays wandering in on Mother's Day (when there were significant bookings for afternoon tea), we were very much welcomed in and treated wonderfully by everyone.
The food we had was excellent, as was the service and I'd be very, very, happy to go back when they were operating their normal menu.
