Have been looking forwards to trying out Cocos since it opened - glad we finally managed to! Lovely and comfy inside; great service. Coffee is really good - using St Martin’s beans and it shows. Really nice not to have too many options on the menu to choose from honestly! Had toasties which were good. Some thoughts to improve/stand out - it would be great to have some dressing on the salad; the cheese grated through the tuna to help it melt; and bread that is less “supermarket sliced”(sorry if I’ve misjudged) (would also help it cope with a little longer toasting to get the cheese melted too).
