What an incredible pub ! Came here after a long bike ride and what an amazing pub it was. Really nice inside with old beams and low ceilings on one side. But on the other side a more spacious area with 2 large pub gardens. Food is very well valued as well. £12.50 for a huge burger is a bargain ! And so tasty !! Great drink selection as well. Would highly recommend!

First time in on Saturday night as just moved to the area. What a brilliant atmosphere. So good to see the place busy and vibrant. Staff pleasant and friendly. This is definitely going to be our new local. It's like the award winning Coach and Horses in Wellingborough ( but without Andy Norman! 😂).

Great pub if tall watch your head for the roof i have banged my head many a time. Beer mainly from Everards which you will either love or hate. Nice outdoor play area to keep kids amused.

Don't waste your money in this place. The food and drinks are expensive and the two bar staff who were there when my forteen colleagues and I were there on the afternoon of the 7th. of March, were surly and miserable and both seemed incapable of saying 'please' and 'thank you'. I feel rather sorry for anyone who uses this pub regularly. They are either gluttons for punishment or very easily pleased. My colleagues and I spent at least £55 in there in little more than an hour and we didn't even receive a smile or a thank you when we left. Also, according to the board outside the main door, the pub closes at 14.30, but two of our colleagues who asked for a drink at 14.15 were refused and told that the bar was closed, even though no last orders bell had been sounded or called. As I said earlier, don't...

Really frosty reception towards dark people. Asked had we booked a table as Covid rules dictated. No one else got asked. We were the only ones to wear a masks too whilst entering and ordering! But dont like immigrants. Got speaking to another chap and I asked him did you book? He said no we just came no such questions were asked of us. He even joked its probably cause your black! But that was more the truth than the joke! Your response is totally the falsehood. I am getting a person independant who I met and witnessed this to reply. Colouerd people get a cold and forsty resction the only malicious comment is yours, I see the BNP and Brexit is the highest in...

Went there last night Friday with my brother-in-law and his wife the first pub we tried to get into was full and on driving we stumbled upon this little gem on entering the place was rocking but a friendly staff member ( NOAH)found us a table we ordered our food and we had two pints of everards tiger beer great little pint Our food arrived and it looked lovely and tasted even better cooked to perfection the meals were the best that I've tasted in many a year so much so I've booked a table for this evening and I'm looking forward to it. The staff were brilliant friendly and most of all always smiling and laughing a sign of...
