Ordered on a Sunday through justeat at 12:07 and was told the order would be here at 12:55, food was not here by 1:15 so tried to call, however there was no answer. Justeat then said the order was delayed to 1:50, pretty unacceptable.. But the food never came. We called the restaurant 11 times and no one answered or returned our messages. No food, no answer, just a disgrace.

Following from the owner's response... Number 1) please remove my address from your response. It sounds like you were knocking on our back gate as there was no knock on our front door. I specified on the order that the doorbell doesn't work, so surely your delivery person would have walk around the house to try and find a front door. Also, I did not receive a phone call and when I tried to ring 11 times no one answered.
