The Walled Garden is a standout feature, showcasing a lovely array of seasonal plants and flowers that are meticulously cared for. One of the best parks including London! Never overcrowded, children running around, parents enjoying the sun. Super pleasant and beautiful, big park! Harlow Town Park’s 164 acres of lush greenery are a total gem, perfect for a relaxing day out. The Water Garden, with its cascading ponds and charming Pisces sculpture, is a highlight—great for snapping photos or just soaking in the tranquility. Pets’ Corner is a hit with kids, offering free entry to see adorable llamas, reindeer, and fluffy rabbits. The adventure playground and inclusive play area keep the little ones entertained for hours, while the skate park and outdoor gym cater to older kids and adults. Spurriers House Café is a lovely spot for a coffee or ice cream, and the nearby Greyhound pub adds a cozy vibe for a quick pint. The park’s five unique gardens, like the sensory garden with its fragrant shrubs, are a treat for nature lovers. With well-maintained paths, ample benches, and clean toilets, it’s super accessible and welcoming. A surprisingly big park, it has some lovely walks and plenty to offer the whole family. Easy walks for children and the elderly also some more challenging paths too... Pets Corner is well worth a visit it is free entry and has a good selection of farmyard animals and some more unusual creatures too! There is a decent cafe that serves hot and cold food and they have a good ice cream stand serving high quality ice cream in various flavours at not entirely unreasonable prices.... There are Tables inside and outside where you can sit and enjoy the scenery while you drink your coffee. Good clean public toilets and handwashing stations here and there. The Splash Pool is one of our favourite places to spend a hot summers day, you can take a picnic and a blanket and sit in nice surroundings while the kids jump about in the shallow pool, there is a lifeguard on duty most of the day when the pool is open, (1st June to 1st Sept I think), parking is available not for free unfortunately but all the free amenities make it well worth the £2 - £4 parking ticket. All of the usual stuff too, ice cream vans, adventure parks, exercise equipment and lots of ponds and streams too. Kids will love it!!!! My daughter and I have been going there for at least 10 years and we still have a great time.. Highly...
