Domino's Pizza - Harlow - Old Town — Restaurant in Harlow

Although the family welcome the occasional pizza from Domino's, this was the first time that I actually opted for over-the-counter service (we were passing by) and so it gave me the opportunity to view the kitchen, establishment and staff. It was much better than I expected - the preparation area was clearly visible and the staff, as far as I could see, followed strict food handling hygiene. Service was friendly and the order clearly repeated, thereby ensuring it was correct. Although I parked kerbside while waiting approx 15 minutes for the order to be ready, there is off-road parking. Typical dominos pizza, which I’d not experienced any problems with until the past couple orders/weeks. An order two weeks ago took over an hour to be delivered, and my order tonight took over an hour and a half to arrive. Never had an issue until 21/05/22. Food ordered for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong order. Driver tried to remove the label from box and still give it to me. I refused and he took it away. Spoke to branch and they said it would be redone. Driver arrived back very quickly with order, which he had obviously picked up from where he had delivered it incorrectly.
