KFC Harlow - Staple Tye Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Harlow

Today was terrible. I asked for a 14piece bucket and a pepsi max. She goes. Thank you that will be 7.99.. I joke in that case I will 2. Just a joke. I Ordered a 14piece bucket. She gives me the bag. 14 piece bucket no fries. Exuse me wheres my fries ? Oops sorry . She takes my bag to the chip counter and puts is 4 bags of fries and puts it back on the counter. Excuse me where is my drink? No sir thats extra. Yes I know thats what I asked for when I place my order. I had to repeat my order 3 times now and you served me wrong with confidance 3 times. I accept it is what it is . I take my bag as I lift it off the counter the handle tears along with the side of the bag and the bucket ends up on the floor. Chicken everywhere. All I asked was a 14piece bucket and a drink... It wasnt even busy only 3 customers in there. I asked for a refund. Im making my own chicken in the oven. Im so angree at the service standerd.....

We visit here occasionally and the food has always been tasty, it's KFC so the cooks stick to their strict guidelines to ensure consistency.

I hate to write negative reviews (unless constructive); The reason this review loses two stars is due to receiving missing items within our orders on the small number of occasions we've come here, we now check before leaving...I suggest anyone else visiting here does the same.

The space itself is very cramped and soleless, I've said each time that place needs music to cut the boredom of waiting, it may cheer the staff up too!

There are unfortunately certain members of staff who are rude and impatient for no reason at all. A short lady dressed in a black t-shirt is particularly sharp with customers and myself, she slams your food down on the counter and says in an underwhelming way, "enjoy"...But you know she doesn't care 😂.

This place is impossible to review as it quite clearly has a sign on its door stating it is open until 1.00am Sunday morning this does not happen the doors are always locked by12.30am but this weekend I got there at midnight and told they don't have any food and not cooking any more all they have is 4 fillets at £4.99 left not good at all would appreciate a reply from kfc management regarding this what is the official closing time are they going to continue to treat customers as idiots and close way before closing time after your customers have gone to the trouble of visiting your restaurant.
