Great experience. Took 10 children to eat before a party late on a Saturday afternoon & managed to get everyone seated together. They have several self service ordering machines but went straight to a cashier as no queue & placed my large order. Table service was available so simply waited for 3 trays of food to be brought to us. All staff we encountered were very helpful & friendly. Restaurant was clean & everyone enjoyed their food. A typical town McDonald’s pretty much exactly as you would expect. I visit maybe 2-5 times a year and it’s like Groundhog Day, to be honest! The food is ok, this time I had a McRib which everything fell out of when I picked it up but that’s standard! The service is made all the better by one of the managers whose always offers a friendly service, in fact she’s not too dissimilar to a certain adult film star so always brights a dull day in Fleet for me when she’s working! The manager and staff gave clear instructions as to the expectations of this establishment upon arrival. We went in wearing masks and we were immediately directed to a screen to order our take-in meal. A lady seated us after we ordered and gave us a number card as linked with our order. We then could remove our masks to eat. The manager spent his time interacting with customers and staff to ensure everyone followed protocol (it is expected you enter the restaurant wearing a mask).
