EDIT: Everyone who is upset with an order should contact domino's customer comments as the store does nothing until the higher ups are aware. customer.comments at dominospizza dot co dot uk. Their marketing manager (LACL) promised me that they would speak to the franchise about their practises, this was in 2020 and NOTHING has changed as most people get annoyed, leave a comment and move on, which is fair enough in a busy world. IF you want the store to be held responsible for their ineptness and lack of care, contact customer comments. They won't change until told to do so by higher ups or they stop getting orders which unfortunately they have enough of a market to somehow survive on one delivery per customer at sub par standard.
Waited an hour and a half for my food to turn up only to be told it was delivered to me but will speak to the driver and call me back within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I call back to be told they didn't call me as promised because the driver handed the food to me. I told them this isn't possible but the response was "the driver saw someone, asked if they were from insert my address and handed it over. No one was near my property so the driver handed over my food to a random person, even telling them my address! Left on hold for over 10 minutes when the woman had to speak to her manager with no response. Called back to be told I am lying, the food was delivered to my door. Asked where the door was, she gave the wrong location. Said the driver is correct, no refund, no food. All I could do is wait a day for the manager to get back to me. Considering she lied twice already, I have zero hope. Absolute incompetence and a possible data breach.
EDIT: Spoke directly to head office who provided me with an instant refund and apologized. They seem to be aware of some issues at the store but I recommend everyone who has issues contacts head office so they are aware of the failings. I had an issue with my bank wasnāt allowing me to pay I couldnāt even log in to my internet banking and I said this to the lady and I said Iām gonna they again because there was a technical Problem. So then after trying three times I went to get a card for my husband so I could pay and then she told me she wonāt charge me as she canāt take payment again from me . Told me I canāt pay . I said but sorry that was my card cuz my bank was having technical issues . I have the money to pay . She said no! And I said ok so what if my husband comes and makes a new order and he pays heās a new person and she said no! Until one of her collegues stepped in and said that it was fine . I hate complaining but this girl made me feel as if I was a jobless person without money who couldnāt pay for my food.    Read moreOn the 31st of march 2023 I ordered a pizza and side and 4 dips all vegan at a cost £27.84p, I received a phone call half an hour later saying that they had not got the vegan ingredients and asked me what I wanted to do so I stated I wanted a refund, then another half an hour later they attempted to deliver the pizza. The delivery driver unaware that the store had informed me that they had no vegan products and not only did he try to convince me it was vegan he was also unaware that I have an allergy to dairy.
Contacted customer services and after some horrific communication and understanding to the fact I did not receive any of the products i ordered due to allergy reasons the deemed it fit to refund my £12.00 for the pizza only.
I still have not had the other items from the store and for such a big franchise to take money and not refund me properly despite my experience is outrageous and I will not only not be ordering from here again but Iām looking into taking...
