Had the veal which was served with completely burnt onions as shown in the picture. The quality of the food here is appalling which is a shame given the premium price given the Bushy area.
We were a party of 5 and all of us were given tap water which tasted like detergent. We brought this up with one of the waiters/managers called Ajaz (pronounced Aye-ez). He aggressively told us it came out of the tap like that and that he ‘drinks it all the time’. The service from this individual was argumentative and our whole table felt undermined. As we were discussing the complaint he was almost disinterested saying ‘I am very busy and need to go back to the kitchen’. Seriously....not the way to treat a customer while handling a complaint. It’s funny that there was a waitress who was really nice and she actually confided in us that she was handing in her notice soon because she was unhappy with the work environment. I wish her well. If that’s the way they treat customers, heaven forbid what it’s like for their staff.
For reference, my visit was Winter 2019. Why has it taken so long to write a review? well, I’m clearing out old photos and notes from my phone and almost forgot about this incident but luckily kept these details. To be honest this photo isn’t worth the storage it’s taking up, so here it is! Please think twice before visiting this restaurant.

Read moreJust had the most fantastic service ever in my life. My wife and I had a great time at the Olivios bushey restaurant however there was a issue with the steak dish I ordered. Without me having to say anything the owner of the restaurant must of seen that my plate was not fully complete when it was collected by the waitress as she cleaned the table. Without any conversation the owner politely came over to my table and mentioned that they have taken it off my bill and apologised for the quality of steak dish. I mentioned that they didn’t need to do this but the owner AJ said no we will as we know you haven’t enjoyed the steak!!!
This was absolutely brilliant of the owner as that is what you call reputable loyal business . I wasn’t going to complain and just pay and leave? Probably wouldn’t of returned but after today’s excellent experience from the owner of the restaurant who I believe is AJ, all I can say I am now going to share my experience and recommend them to all my friends, I also will be returning for another meal. This is the best restaurant I have ever been to Just because they clearly care for the food and care for the customer!!! Exceptional Customer service !!! Five gold stars restaurant! Highly recommend it for great food but more importantly for the Service.. I hope other restaurant owners read this and learn from AJ...well done and...

Coming with the bottles left on table and no open any one, in this moment coming 4 people and take a seat near us, two minutes and coming with the menu to them, in two minutes more the drinks to them, I need to request that open my bottles please, arrive pizzas, quatro formaggi OK just the seafood bad, the mini calamari can't eat because is hard plastic, I try to found a mini prawn, found only one, can't eat disgusting but the person near me request same pizza and by my surprise arrive with big prawns on top, same pizza.
