Wimpy — Restaurant in Hertsmere

A wonderful place for a meal.

I had the Triple Cheeseburger which is filling. To go with that I had chips and mozzarella sticks. For a drink I had a glass of pepsi.

For dessert I had Eton Mess Whirl which is a nice ice cream which came with strawberries and strawberry sauce. With tea.

All the food was delicious.

The restaurant was clean and well presented. Leather seats for heavenly comfort. The staff are friendly. The food was made with love and care.

What's great about Wimpy is that you get served with food on plates and cutlery.

Wimpy is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They still have the kids menu, although the cartoon characters from years ago are no longer there. It's still fun.

Better yet. No WiFi. Good. This is a proper throwback to the 1990s. If you want to know what an awesome childhood was like during the 1990s, this is the place.

You can bring your family and friends here for good times.

Ab Fab! On EVERY count!!! Quality/quantity of food - all prepared to order AND served on real crockery with metal cutlery etc. All condiments in bottles & pots/jars on the table!! And the Service! If I could give MORE Stars, I surely would!! Plus the Menu Choice is REALLY Extensive & the toilet facilities are kept clean & tidy. IMPOSSIBLE, in my view @ least, to find any fault...

This was an awful experience. I asked for a breakfast and didn't want fried tomatoes, I was told that I could change it for mushrooms and I was pleased with that only to find that he charged me extra and didn't tell me. Only when I questioned him was I told the extra charge. Food was nice but eggs were overdone, place was 3 star clean. Not a bad place but just didn't like...
