Quirky little place to find. Hidden for those unfamiliar with town (like me self) found it by accident when got lost in my own thoughts. And since I haven't had breakfast thought I'll get some sugar running.
And i wasn't the only one. Place is popular and half full it was on the time I came. Around 12 ish. Some of the drinks I wasn't familiar with (it's good if you're hipster) so I opted with late and cake (sadly can't remember name of it) was chosen with a help of two serving girls. For which I'm grateful.
Both food and coffee where ok. Nothing spectacular badly nor something that will knock your socks off. I enjoyed it. And I can be difficult to satisfy.
What i liked? Service, both girls where helpful. But important stuff when it comes to choices of what I had was question - have I got any allergies? That is IMPORTANT! The fact customers needs to be aware and informed! Last time I was asked such question was... Never. Something that should be standard everywhere. Bits and bobs what looks randomly put around make it almost perfect. Perfection doesn't exist but this place is close to it. I'm sure I'll pop in again. Hoping for my corner to be free. So I can sit and forgot about...

But cheese, baked beans and bread are are among my most fave foods so to see a cheese and bean panini was thrilling 😅. It was our first visit to Chapel-en-le-Frith and luckily parked right across from Twig. We shared the panini, a gorgeous slice of Millionaires shortcake and washed it down with a rather nice Americano. The staff were lovely as was the coffee shop but we were lucky enough to enjoy a bit of winter sun outside. Unfortunately, we were just passing through so are unlikely to call again but highly recommended to anyone lucky enough to live local or visiting. (Prices are very...
Read moreGreat local coffee shop a short walk from Chapel's main park. Well behaved dogs welcomed inside, it is a haunt for locals to chew the cud. Great coffee and toast/crumpets and selection of pre-made sandwiches and cakes/pastries. I would like to see them offer bacon/sausage/egg combinations though, if they can fit a little grill plate in to support this 😍 Some on-road parking available in the old market place, or park up on the road by the park and walk across (hidden steps and cut through by...
