Visited today for a Sunday roast with my family. The roast dinners were excellent, we had lamb and beef which were both cooked beautifully. Rose was very accommodating and was happy for each meal to be personalised (I'm a fussy eater!). Food was piping hot, tasty and plentiful. Two of my party also had puds which they said were delicious, apple pie and custard. Again, Rose was happy to cater for preferences, hot/cold, custard/ice-cream etc. I thought the whole meal was lovely and great value for money too. We will...

A great family friendly pub, manager is great always listens and knows just what the place needs, made vast improvements of the garden and it's really driven the custom up, beer and ales are spot on, you won't be disappointed! also great entertainment throughout the weekends!
