I visited the drive thru of this costa today and had a very negative experience with a manager. I was given the wrong order and instead of offering a replacement or refund the manager(an older man) was extremely rude. He swore at me and did not give me the item or a refund. Honestly speaking when ever we come in as customers feel welcomed by the staff at this Costa branch. We very much appreciate the service we get as the staff members know what drink we want.
