Domino's Pizza - Great Harwood — Restaurant in Hyndburn

Made an large order with dominos at Great Harwood tonight and the order was over £70 and we are disgusted with the customer service, delivery and quality of the food! When we received our order half of it was missing. We then told the delivery driver who was rude and wasn’t interested and just told us to contact the store, which we then did to be told that the delivery driver had told them that we had received the whole order they then decided they would replace the missing items to which we wasn’t happy with and wanted the whole order replacing because half Of the order would be cold once we received the full order which they didn’t want to do at first! Once they agreed to replace the whole order they then requested we give back the original order back, which we did but that isn’t very good practise for covid-19 and cross contamination and we had contact with the driver. They then told us they had no wedges left and would replace them with cookies which isn’t really a like for like replacement so we asked for chicken strips instead to which they wouldn’t do at first, they finally agreed after 5 times of asking and speaking to 2 different people. Once the order finally arrived 2 hours after placing it the pizza was over cooked, tasteless, dry and cold.

Would defiantly think twice before ordering...

The selection of pizzas was not very big and it tasted alright, not as good as other pizzas. We ordered a Peperoni passion and Ham & pineapple pizza, the price was ok but still expensive with the 2 for 1 deal if you take into account the rather boring taste, a dip in each box does not really save it or make it especially premium when the selection is so small and not especially good. We gave it a try, will not try other ones from them. The staff was friendly, do not blame them for the ingredients they have to use. Was my first and last time Domino's. If this is everywhere alike I can not understand why this is a famous brand. They do not even...

Always good food and quick service we are far out from great Harwood and the delivery is very fast compared to other closer take outs ordered last night was very speedy as usual did have a problem of one of the pizzas being sent being wrong but I rang them and explained and they happily remade the correct pizza and had it here within 20 minutes they where really helpful out of all the times we’ve ordered this has been the only issue and they where great in sorting it out for us would happily suggest this...
