Franco's Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hyndburn

So , ordered through just eat tracked it, sat for 20 mins on the street that was the same name as mine but different town. At this point I knew it, drivers gone to wrong address, he's not checked the post code and is driving round looking for number 8. So I rings francos, from the get go service was fantastic, manners, communication and they was so apologetic. He offered me wine or anything else I wanted but I didn't agree to it as I knew it really wasn't, I understand and there's no rush etc I'm still happy to wait for the food. So the lad on phone says they'll make fresh and one of there own will bring it straight away. Didn't wait that much longer and he was at door and the poor lad had got a taxi! The food came piping hot and he'd put 2 bottles of coke in. If it weren't for just eat staff it would of been a fantastic furdt experience ordering francos on just eat. Let's admit it, we've all been waiting for francos to deliver for ages!! I will still get francos no matter what and have done for years I hope they get there money back off just eat and I hope that deliver driver stands...

Attended on Friday 5th June 2015. Easy to find, offered us a table straight away upon arrival. Drinks orders were prompt when we sat down. Me and my partner enjoyed the food that was served and could find no fault with it, it was actually very nice. However, the customer service was sub-par. The staff did not smile, they did not ask us how we had found our meal. Was very unwelcoming appearance from the majority staff body language wise. The staff seemed to do as little as possible while not seeming rushed off their feet. In addition, we would be left with empty plates on the table for up to 10 minutes despite staff regularly servicing tables nearby when the staff were readily able to clear the table. There was little in the way of seeming to want to create a good atmosphere for myself and my partner. It did not live up to expectations, I stress however, on the customer service side of things and not the food and drink...

My wife rang at approximately 6pm to ask how long the wait would be for a table for two, (they only take bookings for parties of 4 or more). She was told if we arrived in the next half an hour we might have a short wait of half an hour or less. We arrived to be told we would have to wait due it being busy and told to go upstairs and order drinks. . We didn’t mind the wait however after waiting for over an hour, I approached the woman at front of house to ask how much longer we would have to wait. She told us that there were still 2 couples before us! We have been regular customers for nearly 4 years since moving to the area and until change of ownership we have never had any issues. The food and service had always been excellent. They need to have a more organised booking system or tell people that they’re fully booked when they’re that busy. We ended up leaving without eating and by then it was too late to...
