Yummyz — Restaurant in Hyndburn

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Yummyz is hands down the best dessert shop I’ve ever visited. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the delightful aroma of freshly made waffles, crepes, and so much more.

But what truly sets Yummyz apart is not just their mouthwatering desserts — it’s their incredible staff. I want to especially highlight Syed, a wonderful special needs worker who is an absolute gem. Syed’s kindness, patience, and genuine joy light up the entire shop. Watching him work is heartwarming; he goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and leaves with a smile. His dedication and cheerful personality make the whole experience even sweeter.

As for the desserts — WOW. Whether it’s their signature cookie dough, fluffy pancakes loaded with toppings, or their creamy gelato, every bite is perfection. You can taste the quality and care put into each item.

Yummyz is more than just a dessert shop; it’s a place that celebrates community, inclusion, and joy. A huge thank you to Syed and the whole team for making every visit so special. Hate to leave a poor review but what a waste of £18 pounds. Read some good reviews of the milkshakes but never thought we’d be so disappointed- tasted like milk blended with a few nuts and they called it forrero rocher milkshake! Was expecting a thick creamy consistency with cream on it. Cookie dough wasn’t bad tbh but definitely had better (wasn’t worth the price). Massively let down by the San Sebastián cake had high hopes for that but few spoons in and sadly the rest went in the bin. Won’t be...

Brilliant 😎 after being let down by a different dessert shop in accrington (choc stop) came across yummys. The fella behind the counter was very welcoming very easy to talk to an all round decent guy 😎 the milkshakes and cookie dough was spot on very nice.
