Ordered a chicken fillet burger meal. The chips are a little dry and stiff but with salt and plenty of mayo they are fine, you get enough for 2 people. The burger on the other hand is lovely, the bun itself is nearly the size of my head (think XL burger from burger king sized), the piece of chicken is even bigger than the bun, tasty coating, and plenty of lettuce. Pots of sauce are very large which is good, and they have rio to drink.

The fried chicken and fries were freshly fried, piping hot, and they pleasantly surprised me. When I took a bite, the inside was tender and juicy. The price was also reasonable and affordable.

I had to update my review, family chicken is by far better value AND far better tasting then the well known franchise, I cant rate it any higher.

Well ! My eyes nearly fell out of my head when the feast arrived , big juicy chunks of chicken, WICKED wings with wonderful flavour, big tubs of beans AND proper chips 'lots of chips' . .also piping hot . .with left overs for another feast . . Now the flavour isn't the same as the well known chain. .its different as I said but delicious .we so nearly didn't order as we were scared to take a chance We now call it " FFF " (families favourite feast )...

Quite possibly 1 of the best food establishments in Ipswich.

Ordered the following: fillet burger meal, 1/4 pounder meal, 8 wings & 10 pcs of popcorn chicken.

The price, portion size, the seasoning & flavours on their chicken is absolutely superb. Plenty of herbs & spices!

The owner & his team of staff are very polite & hold a great convo!
